Static Apnea Training for Meditation

Some people consider breathing in and out deeply meditation 🧘🏽‍♀️ I consider holding my breath in and hearing my heart beat slow down meditational.

This is called Static Apnea

Training in the pool 🏊‍♀️ with instructor @jewelsdiver

Breath hold 2 mins and some change.

Goal is to increase in small increments until I can reach 5 mins.

This is therapy for my mind
